Barksy discovered his passion for visual storytelling early in his career, drawn to the creative and technical challenges of filmmaking. As both a Director and Director of Photography (DOP), he has honed a dual craft that balances narrative vision with technical precision.

With over 20 years of experience in broadcast and commercial production, he has built a reputation as a DOP and GVC Drone Pilot, known for his ability to craft compelling imagery across a range of projects. His work spans commercial campaigns, documentary filmmaking, and branded content, always with an eye for cinematic composition and natural storytelling.

Adept at working across different styles, he thrives on collaboration, adapting to each project's unique demands. Whether directing from the ground or capturing perspectives from the sky, his approach is authentic, immersive, and visually striking.

Driven by curiosity and a passion for innovation, he continuously refines his craft, always seeking the best way to tell a story through light, movement, and composition.
